Welcome to HIITZONE! Our classes are suitable for all ability and experience levels. We offer intro classes and workshops for some of our workouts throughout the year, so make sure to keep an eye on the timetable. It’s recommended that you do 150 mins of cardiovascular exercise per week, so we encourage you to come at least 3 times per week to maximise the benefits you’ll experience. You’ve got this!

To book a class, create an account and purchase credits or buy a membership. One class equals one credit.

The best way to see and feel the benefits of your workout is to come as often as you can, which is why we have an expiry on our credit bundles. A little motivation is always never hurts!

Our booking window opens every Monday at 12PM for classes until the following Tuesday. Purchasing an Extended Booking Credit allows you to book up to 2 weeks in advance. You can book into class up to 5 mins before it begins.

If your preferred class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the online waitlist to try your luck at grabbing a last-minute spot.

You can book yourself and up to 3 friends into a class. If you want to book more people than this, please contact us directly for group bookings or private class enquiries. 

All you need is your workout gear. We have towels for hire, and shampoo and shower gel for your post workout shower, and a hairdryer (in the ladies restroom) to get you ready after class.

Staying hydrated when you work out is vital, so make sure to bring a water bottle. If you don’t have a bottle with you, we have bottled water available for purchase at check-in.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts, and no later than 5 minutes before, and sign in at the front desk.

If you haven’t come changed, we have changing rooms and lockers that you can use free of charge.

Make your way to our studio and get ready to sweat!

You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class online. We’ll allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need a credit in your account to secure your spot.

If you’re on the waitlist and a spot becomes available within 2 hrs of class starting (up to 30 mins prior) or after 10PM for an early class (5AM-9AM), you’ll be sent an email to ask if you want to accept the spot.

Our workout is heart rate-based interval training, where our certified coach will guide you through your 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.

  1. Rowing

Every stroke on the rower activates 85% of your body’s muscles. This low impact workout helps you improve endurance, strength and power.

  1. Cardio

Whether you walk, jog or run, you’ll go at your own pace based on your fitness level. We also have bikes and striders available as alternates to the treadmill.

  1. Strength Training

Our weight and floor exercises change daily so you can focus on different muscles. Your coach can provide options for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.

Our technology measures your heart rate and performance data in real time so you know how hard you’re working.

In studio monitors connect directly to your wearable one to show your progress and keep you accountable to your level of effort.  You will have 24/7 access to your results and fitness data so you can track your performance and set new goals.

Congratulations! We have lots of women who are in class right up until their due date, but we always recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes.

Please make sure that you let our team at check-in know you are pregnant as well as your instructor before the start of class so they can make any necessary modifications for you.

All MOH covid protocols are observed.

If you can’t make a class, please cancel at least 12 hours prior and we’ll refund your credit to your account.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before a class we will not refund your credit.

Please note, special events may have an alternative cancellation policy, which will be detailed on your booking confirmation

 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items can be exchanged for other items of equal value.

Certain types of items such as custom (personalised) products, socks, water bottles, cannot be returned.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.   Refunds are not allowed.
