HIITZONE is a total-body group workout that combines fitness coaching and state of art technology to guarantee maximum results from the inside out. Our heartrate monitored workout helps you train through 5 heart rate zones designed to supercharge your metabolism. HIITZONE is more than a gym. Our specific workouts enhance your metabolism to burn more calories even after you leave the studio. At HIITZONE, we believe in inspiring ourselves and others to create change.
Rowing
Every stroke on the rower activates 85% of your body’s muscles. This low impact workout helps you improve endurance, strength and power.
Cardio
Whether you walk, jog or run, you’ll go at your own pace based on your fitness level. We also have bikes and striders available as alternates to the treadmill.
Strength Training
Our weight and floor exercises change daily so you can focus on different muscles. Your coach can provide options for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.

The group total-body workout, with our premier technology and equipment, is guaranteed for maximum results. More than traditional high intensity training, we use heart rate-based interval training.
